I edited it in Inkscape, then used the Inkscape to OpenSCAD plugin to generate an STL.

I printed this in PLA with a 0.25mm nozzle and 0.1mm layers.  

You can use colour changes to print different parts of the goose in different colours.  In PrusaSlicer after slicing, click '+' on the ‘ruler’ to change the colour.  Also set the skirt to the full height of the model, which gives some space for the filament to be flowing nicely after each colour change.

You can buy earring hooks/studs from craft shops or online.
