I had cable chains for a while but eventually decided against them. I made this small cable holder to attach the stepper and hot end wires to the aluminum extrusion. Hopefully some of you guys might find this useful.

This is designed for socket head screws with a head diameter of 7mm. If you use another type of screw the head may not fit into the opening.

Mine was printed with a 0.2mm layer height. A smaller layer height like 0.1 or smaller may make it a bit stronger, though, I personally had no problems with strength.

There is some bridging in the opening for the zip tie. Use supports if needed, but I chose not to.
