Summary
This remix is really rock solid, the effector uses M3 lock nuts for the fish eyes connection making really tought.
What is included in this remix:
- M3 lock nuts for fish eye connections (It accepts the little or bigger fish eyes) tested with the bigger one on my delta
- Optical sensor (reprap type). Or you can make an adapter to fix a Bltouch or another type of sensor to your needs
- Adapter for Orbiter Extruder 1.5, 2 adapters included - 1 for a 30 degrees angled and 1 for a straight mount, the angled is good to avoid the extruder hiting the delta arms (i use it)
- Adapter for Mellow heatsink, so no need for the colar to hold the heatsink, I really advise using it, I bought on aliexpress and wainting to upgrade to it.
- Integrated cable holder, use a ziptie to hold the cables.
- Fan ducts, you can use the original thing fan duct or any other compatible remixes. (MY ADVICE: buy a blower fan with bearings as it have much better airflow, believe me I was using a sleeve blower and after I've updated to a bearings one I can print PetG without strings)
UPDATED:
- Added a Fan Shroud in Prusa style. This fan duct will ONLY WORKS with this remix and ONLY with a 16x16 HEATER BLOCK !!! I've made this fan duct to optimize maximum air flow and keeping the air very close to the nozzle pointing at the printing surface. The shroud has a top insertion guide to fit the effector bottom and make align very easy.

Use a PetG filament (or ABS), infill I advice using 30%.
The heatsink clamp and the effector hinges support needs to be threaded !!This is VERY important, don't enlarge the holes of the hinges, make threads in them.
The front hole in the effector is to use a M3 screw, (make threads in this hole only half-way), because if you make a full thread the screw will have play, and you want it to have strong hold, it's used to fine tuning the optical sensor. I have fine tunned mine to be VERY SENSITIVE, when I do bed leveling or auto calibration it hits the bed very smooth, if you let it less sensitive the nozzle will hit with more force in the glass.
