Summary
The bracket didn't fit onto my MPCNC (I have the 1" tube variant) so I redesigned the part in Fusion 360 quick so I could try out the dust collection solution. I made it a little taller and put some 45-degree angles on the cutouts in the middle so you don't have to deal with supports or poor bridging. I printed mine with a .6mm nozzle and a .48mm layer height and it came out perfect! I did put supports under the 'wings' so they looked a little better and they turned out perfect as well. Because I didn't have the same hardware on hand I changed the bump on the back to be more shallow and accept a smaller #4-40 hex machine nut and bolt. I had a very snug fit (I used the thumbscrew to pull the nut into the recess and that sucker will never come out lol)
The hose adapter did not fit my hose (I have a Ridgid shop vac) so I made this quick adapter to connect the shopvac to the pcv tube. both connections are very snug but still easy enough to remove when needed. Hope it helps someone else out there.
You'll also find the brushes I designed and a "helper" jig that you can put the brushes into before you put glue in the bottom of the dust boot and then just carefully slot the brushes into the recess on the dust boot.
