Summary
Zero Clearance insert for a Ridgid R4512 table saw.
Did you lose or mangle your original table insert? Are you sick to death of small pieces dropping, breaking or getting stuck in the FAT SLOT of the original insert?
You can purchase nice wood zero clearance inserts online or make your own... but then what fun is that when you have a 3d printer.
There is a slot in the insert for you riving knife to pass through, but the blade will need to be raised up through insert to finish cutting the slot.
There are probably a 100 different and better ways to do this, but this gets the job done.

Notes:
All of this will JUST barely fit on your Prusa bed and can be printed in a single go.
I used a .6mm nozzle, 15% infill with prusaslicer's .35mm Speed profile
The dovetails that hold it all together with friction, but im sure some super glue would lock all this together nicely.
Insert-bottom.stl will require a little support on one end as it has an overhang of about 3.5mm on one end.
Approx 5hours 40min print time
In the pictures you will see some gaps in the corners here and there. I used a 10%infill and very thin walls to just get the prototype done. It is very study and I have not bothered to make a stronger one yet as this is doing the job.
If you still have your original r4512 insert, you might check this out as it can fits into it to convert it one to a zero clearance insert. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4809327
UPDATE: ridgid_R4512_zero_clearance_Full-insert_1Piece.3mf
By popular request of 1 person, I added a version of the insert in one piece. I did not add the "supports" as I do not think it would need the strength but who knows.
Note.. This is too big for my printer so this is 100% untested
