Summary
Printed the one posted HydrogeN. My powder measure holes were narrower and bound up upon installation, so I modded the design to have some tolerance (oval holes, relieved some some areas), Printed in PLA and worked well. Thanks for the design @HydrogeN.
UPDATE
I like the remix from @stah even better. I would recommend printing that one :-) :
