I originally printed jtidwell's roku battery cover to replace the cover on a Roku 3 remote. The sizing of the body was very accurate and the fact he printed it standing up made for a very clean print.

The only issue I had was that the tab was too lose for my remote. It wouldn't hold the cover in place.

I had another good remote available, so I modified the tab on his design by measuring my good remote cover with calipers. The tab on this version is shaped and sized differently. The support piece that connects it to the remote cover's body is also thicker and flush with the top of the battery cover.

I suspect for most of the "fat" roku remotes, either his or my design will work for you. Try one and if it's too loose or too tight, try the other.
