Summary
I used whitewolf's model to create a case to cut on my CNC.
It's designed for 12mm mdf (slight overkill)
I use the case with a passive mini-itx board with an lpt port: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/J1800IA/
Which is perfect for my chinese cnc

There is some sanding involved, as you can't cut a square corner with a round bit. There are some design methods around this, but none I could find, would be pretty enough.
