Summary
The table insert (the little square red plastic piece in the middle of the band saw table) broke/disintegrated on me, so I had to create a replacement. Because of the size, I used an SLA printer, but a filament printer should also work.

On a resin printer, best to print this inverted - i.e. the 2 "legs" on the table. It should adhere without needing any supports, easier to detach, and the final top surface should come out flat.
Post-Printing
Might need some cleanup or filing to get the fit to be just right.
