After several prototypes, this is my cheap Nokia 5110LCD case.
It is slide type. Enjoy :)

Clean the lid edges with a knife or sandpaper after printing for perfect fit and sliding.

For LCD fixing to the case you can use the 4 small corners screws, hot glue or even leave it free.
