I wanted to create a light switch cover plate that would remind my kids (and myself) to turn off the lights when we leave a space. I used 123D Design to add sunken text to a toggle switch cover from The WALLY Customizer.

Using 123D Design I subtracted text from a toggle switch cover I generated with the WALLY Customizer.

To print, I used my Printrbot Jr. v2 with PLA and the bed off and a layer thickness of 0.2mm. I added supports using MeshMixer and included that .stl file as well. (Update - printing with the text side down seems to work better and is much quicker)

I hope to finish it off with a light sanding and painting inside the text to make it pop.
