Summary
Your looking at a Slim case for the PanelDue 4.3". It's a total of 16mm thick.
The matching case for the rear PCB is also 16mm thick only.
Meant to be mounted under the printer.
The rear ø3,4mm holes in both cases are meant for various mount options, where I've made one for PCB-box so far.
There are optional buttons for Erase and Reset for the PCB-Case

Insert m3 nuts
Screw on your mountbracket of choice
Mounting option in place.
Place the PCB and make sure it fits snugly.
Make ready for the PressureButtons if you want to use these.
Place the PressureButtons inside the pcb top - Or leave them out.
Make sure to test the Erase and Reset buttons. - or leave them out entirely.

Naming convention
Naming 4.3-4.3 is because there's a bit of confusion, but the LCD itself is 4.2 while the display is 4.3" if that makes sense. Important thing is that they are the same regardless of wheter listed as 4.2 or 4.3.
Prepare LCD bracket of choice.
Install bracket using a pair of m3 6mm screws or longer.
