Summary
UPDATE 07-06-2017:
I have finally gotten round to start printing the parts I'll need for my upgrade. While I was doing that I found that the ends of the Fan Mount wouldn't print properly due to the thickness of the walls. I have uploaded a modified part with the wall thickness increased by 0.6mm.
I'm going to be rebuilding my HyperCube, not to increase the X/Y volume but mainly to increase the Z volume. I'm increasing the dimensions of the frame to X = 440mm, Y = 400mm, and Z = 500mm. The bed will stay the same size 200mm x 200mm.
The alteration also allows for a redesign of my E3D Titan mount. This redesign incorporates an adjustable mount for the BLTouch, a rear mounted part cooling fan, and a fan to cool the extruder motor. Although I have redesigned the parts I haven't printed them yet,
I used Autodesk Fusion 360 to design the parts. Using it made it so easy to import the parts I needed from other Things so that I could align everything.
The E3D website was the source of the Titan Aero 'step' file. I used the drawings of the nozzle, heater block, and heatbreak, also available on the E3D website, to model the parts to finish off the model of the Titan Aero.
