Summary
I am making a Raspberry Pi powered Printer using an Epson TM-T88III receipt printer, which is a receipt printer that you can get from eBay fairly cheaply. As a part of the project, I wanted a box to sit under the printer and hold the Raspberry Pi so that the printer and Pi can sit neatly, and be used in a business environment.
The two projects I am using it for are (1) to print receipts when pizza orders come into an OSCommerce-based web site, and (2) as a Free Range Printer (https://github.com/andrewn/raspi-printer).
I'm sharing the box, as it'll be useful to anyone using Raspberry Pi-based printing.
It's customizable so you can put in the size of the box, to match your printer, and you can have an LED mounting hole (or not).
I also include STL files of a box that matches the Epson TM-T88III, since that's the printer I used. But the design should work with any receipt printer.
Instructions
Print the base and cover pieces. They are large, so make sure you orient them so they are flat side down and rotated to fit your print bed. They have bevels so you can pry them up using a flat edge fairly easily.
Slide the Raspberry Pi into the clips in the base, which will hold it in the middle of the box, with the ethernet jack facing the cutout in the back. The clips are pretty secure, so you'll need to use a slot head screwdriver to pop the Pi into place. The design leaves room on all sides for various cables, SD card, etc. If you have an LED, slide it into the tube facing the front, and tape it in place if needed. I also needed a voltage convertor (the Pi runs at 3.3v, the TM-T88 serial port runs at 5v), which I attached to one side using double stick tape.

There's an option to generate standoffs, which will fit into the mounting holes in more recent Raspberry Pi's.
When the Pi and all cabling is connected, check that everything works, then route the cables out the back cutout. Slide the cover over the base until it is snug. Stick the printer on top.
For extra credit, stick rubber feed on the corners of the base.
You're done!
