I used 20% infill, which creates a solid model
Notes:
Make sure you don't over extrude filament, which will cause more sanding to be needed later.
Also, well calibrated circles are necessary for a good result.
I got a nice result with my 0.5mm nozzle.
Post-Printing
Option 1 - Sanding
Make sure to clean up any drips, or other print artifacts. Keep sanding until you've shaved maybe half a layer off of the print.
Option 2 - Acetone Vapor Bath
Make sure to use ABS filament if going for this method.
