The Tricep Cone is a gym attachment that is fully 3d printed and ready to help you get more gains. I printed it in TPU, and it has held up to the full stack on my cable machines without a problem. I designed this to help with tricep pulldowns and reverse flies, although it could probably be used for lots of other workouts. The STL is one it split into half, as printing both sides and gluing them together is a much smarter idea for strength than just printing it normally.
