I have a Samsung VR and I have a big head. The headset is too tight so I designed a clip-on extension that gives me about 2 more inches on either side. This is a marked improvement in comfort and reduces the fogging problem also. I printed this in ABS with an infill of 100%. In Cura, I multiplied the object and then mirrored it so that the clips work correctly.
