Used for mounting a camera on a VESA 75x75 monitor stand. Holes are intentionally undersized for M4 mounting screws, simply screw directly into the plastic.

This should work for any camera with a tripod mounting screw less than 50mm away from the back face of the camera body. Tested with the Sony A7ii.
