just use 2 sided sticky tape or other adhesives and you're away, i printed at 0.12mm layer height but would be fine at almost any layer height

i used 30% infill but if you have heavy headphones try increasing this a little.

any suggestions fire away, i'd be happy adapt it to have screw holes or a bigger base plate, cheers.
