I was inspired by the Weighted D1, and I've made a "single print" version that doesn't require gluing in a weight. It requires special slicer features that probably didn't exist in 2012.

As uploaded, the die will land on the flat face more often than I'd like. I see that the original has a smaller face; you can tweak this by editing the scad file in one or two spots.
