The 360 Electrical brand power strips are nice with rotating plugs, but they don't include any screw holes to mount them to a wall:

2 of these brackets can be used to mount it to a wall, without interfering much with the outlets. I've only tested with the 5 outlet + USB version, but the other styles look to be the same shape and size. Use #6 Flat Philips screws to mount.
