This is a draft for a cycling shoe mount. Fitted to Shimano SPD mtb cleat.
There should be a little play in the fitting so the heel can rest on the wall. If the angle is not right for you, you could increase the angle in CAD, manually sand the back, or screw in something lower on the wall for the heel to rest on.
