We have these type of screw caps over fly wire screens:

They are made in two parts, a base which is screwed down, and a cap that fits over the top. Over time the bases deteriorate and break off from the screw. This part is a replacement for the bases.

I generally print a bunch of these at a time in Cura, and use a skirt rather than a brim or raft.
