This is a simple bike pump holder that can be zip-tied to a bike frame tube. You can customize the pump diameter, the cinch amount, and the bike tube diameter.

I put some rubber from an old inner tube between the holder and the bike frame.

No supports needed. I recommend printing in ABS for flexibility (for PLA, you might try increasing the pump opening angle and/or decreasing the cinch).
