See the original for the full base. The 3mf includes the adapter plate to connect to the Ender 3, the nut/slide with a hole big enough for the flange nut that comes with the extruder here (https://amzn.to/3Rpo9nh).

The key is dialing in your print settings. Every material will be different, but you'll want to make a printer, filament, and print profile. Note that you'll either need to reverse your extruder direction on the board or take care of it in the gcode like I did. I had a short python script that reversed it for me. Here are some of the settings I went with:
Machine / firmware
- M302 S0 — allow cold extrusion (the whole thing hinges on this)
- M92 E1600 — paste E-steps (2mm lead screw × 16 microsteps, no reflash needed)
- Relative E (M83), nozzle "diameter" set to 2.0mm, all heaters forced to 0
- Prime is a manual paste charge (G1 E8 to pressurize the tip, then drag a purge worm) — paste won't self-prime
- End G-code does a E-2 decompression pullback to curb ooze
Filament
- Filament diameter 26.7mm (your 60cc syringe bore)
- Flow ratio 1.5, max volumetric speed 80
Process (slicer)
- Vase/spiral mode on, 1 wall, 0% infill, 0 top layers, 1 bottom
- Layer height 1.0mm, line width 2.5mm
- Everything at 10 mm/s, travel 30, no brim/skirt
