I was experiencing a lot of heat creep when printing PLA so I removed the top panel to improve airflow and help keep the extruder cooler during long prints. It completely solved the issue for me.

I also got tired of having the top panel lying around whenever I wasn't using it, so I designed this simple holder to give it a proper place to store it when it's not attached to the printer.
