UPDATE: Figured it wouldn't be difficult to re-design as a parametric file after original upload, so you can find the parametric .f3d as well. Just make sure you work off the parametric component in the file.
Look, I don't own a bike, nor do I know anything about bikes. All I know is that I was on a 3D printing Facebook group. Some kid had a motorcycle of sorts that he bought second hand, and when he was working on it, he broke a part on it that appeared to be 3D printed and was looking for someone that could make it. I was beginning to learn CAD at the time, so I was eager to give it a shot. He mailed me the broken piece. I took out some calipers, fired up Fusion 360 and re-made it. I printed it in PLA as a test fit and mailed it. He confirmed that it was the correct sizing, and then I re-printed at 100% infill using Polymaker Fiberon PA12-CF. Annealed it in my kitchen oven on a silicon mat per Polymaker's guidance and mailed it. Kid said it was good, and his parents paid me over Venmo. I only charged for the filament cost + $1USD for electricity. I wasn't looking to profit. I was looking to practice CAD.
Figured I'd upload in case it's somehow helpful to anyone. Attached you'll find the print profile, as printed for the final part. You'll also find the .stl, .step, and .f3d so that you can modify as needed. It is not parametric as I was only beginning to learn CAD at the time.
I don't know what kind of bike the kid had and have since lost contact with them.
