Rubber band straps are based on the popular “Bongo strap” design and are typically used to secure coiled cables or attach cables (or other items) to another object, such as a light stand, tripod, microphone stand, and so on.

Print one, add a rubber band, and you’ve got a rubber band strap! Make a bunch of them and put them in your camera bag or backpack. If you need something temporary, they’re a great alternative to nylon straps.

You should be able to scale it easily without using OpenSCAD, but the file is included in case you need it. (Its size is roughly the same as an actual bongo strap.)
