It's intended to be mounted onto a mini quadcopter using a velcro strap or zip ties.

It's been designed using OpenSCAD, and the source code is included. It's somewhat parametric, allowing you to change things like the tilt angle relatively easily, but I got impatient towards the end and hard-coded certain things for the 30° angle I was after. You might have to tweak some of those hard-coded values if you intend to make modifications.
