Looks better than just the screw sticking out of the wall. (In my opinion unless you like the derelict look.....)

No supports needed it was made specifically to match the strap on my mirror however as you can see can be used for other straps. The cover.just pushes on as a compression fitting. Printed in PLA plus and holds well.
