Reinforced modular back panel for IKEA Kallax to stop items from falling out the back. I was too lazy to go to the hardware store for an MDF sheet, but apparently not too lazy to design and print this thing instead.

Parts for one compartment (about 230g of filament)

• 4x Quarter panels (175x175mm each)

• 4x Stitch connectors

• 4x Quarter caps

• 4x Half caps

Assemble as on the photo. For installation, you will also need 8x M3 self-tapping screws (10 mm or longer). Optionally, you can also superglue the stitch connectors and caps. There are additional cap variants for installing multiple panels side by side.

Recommended print settings for all parts

• PETG for toughness

• 0.25mm layer height (or lower)

• 4 walls

• 100% infill

• No supports or brim
