Bei der Ursachenforschung wegen der Schwankenden und Nachlassenden Pumpleistung entdeckte ich, daß sich der Schlauch auf der Saugseite, im selben Rythmus der Pumpe, immer wieder an den Trennstellen des Poolschlauches, zusammen zog. Ich habe diese Schelle so designed, daß Sie zwar Support braucht, gern Eigensupport, entfernen ist kein Problem, aber die Einsparung an Druckzeit ist schon deutlich. Gedruckt mit 6 Wandlinien und 0,2 mm Schichthöhe, 6 Boden und Deckenflächen, 20 % Infill und PETG. Nichts besonderes. Seither ist die Pumpe super leise, eben weil dieses Auf und abschwingen beim Ansaugen weg fällt und der Druck an der Pooldüse Massiv stärker! Einfach für jede Trenneinschnürung, auf der Vakumseite - die Druckseite bringt es gar nichts, weil es geht nur um das Zusammenziehen durch Vakuum!!!, eine solche Schelle drucken und montieren, fertig. Ich habe Sie so designed, daß man den Schlauch in einem 70 mm HT-Rohr, im Garten verbudelt, durchführen kann, so das der Schlauch UV- und Witterungsgeschützt, verlegt werden kann - so hebt er obendrein über Jahre und nicht nur eine Saison... Happy printing and happy splashing around...

While investigating the cause of the fluctuating and declining pump performance, I discovered that the hose on the suction side kept contracting at the joints of the pool hose, in sync with the pump’s rhythm. I designed this clamp so that while it does require support—preferably self-supporting—removing it is no problem, but the time saved on printing is significant. Printed with 6 wall lines and a layer height of 0.2 mm, 6 bottom and top surfaces, 20% infill, and PETG. Nothing special. Since then, the pump has been super quiet—precisely because this up-and-down oscillation during suction has been eliminated—and the pressure at the pool nozzle is significantly stronger! Simply print and install a clamp like this for any constriction on the vacuum side—it doesn’t help at all on the pressure side, because it’s all about the vacuum-induced contraction!!!—and you’re done. I designed it so that you can run the hose through a 70 mm HT pipe buried in the garden, allowing the hose to be laid in a way that’s protected from UV rays and the elements—so it’ll last for years, not just one season... Happy printing and happy splashing around...
