My Büchel pannier came with inserts (spacers?) that sit between the mount and the rack. They fall out easily and so mine were quickly lost. This allows you to print your own, but you will need to either print them in a flexible material or use a heat gun to bend them into shape. I used the heat gun method to heat the pla and bend it over a metal rod. It's a little involved but not all that difficult.
