i finished this at 1 in the morning so ill try to give at least somewhat of instuctions

first SCALE TO 300% and print with 85% infill or more if you are using pla which i made this for

when screwing the black part over <- yes very specific] dont be afraid to push around till you can get at least 3 of the little screws in

now the hard part

with the little metal part ripped out of the plastic heat it up to as hot as you can and shove it into the bottom of the print untill you make it to the end of the ripples

you let it harden and pray

if it works put everything together sound will still be amazing just the headphones themself will have a slight downgrade

and if you leave the screw a little lose it can still swiffle
