Why buy your mini fan blades online when you can print them yourself, in the colors you want? This design is an adaptation of the fan blades commonly found in mechatronics project kits. Simply snap the one-piece, 3-vane blade between the hub top and bottom, and curl the vanes to give a nice air flow. I’ve included a blade curling tool. Fits 2 mm shaft of common miniature DC motor.

I recommend using PETG for the hub to prevent the snap fit from creeping. PLA seems a good choice for the blade because we want it to hold the curl.

My parameters:

0.20 mm layer height; single layer for the fan blade, with initial layer height 0.25 mm

Filament: PLA for the blade, PETG for the hub
