This is a remix of @joshkennedycouk remix of another Ender stock head bowden tube and wire strain relief.
Sliced with Prusa Slicer 2.4.0
Block Modifier added for more infill in the clip stress area.
Print time 2:46 using PETG
Head temp 240C, bed temp 80C
I found the original liked to lift one end with a lower bed temp and thinner profile. Stock Ender 5 Plus glass bed (smooth side) with BedWeld applied.

How I Designed This
I modified the original to fit the Ender 5 Plus that includes the BL touch (stock bracket). I extended the length of the clip to be supported by the main head, thickened the clip and the base the clips on the idler wheel shafts, and increased the infill in the stress area of the clip. I also found the setback for the tube and cable was too far back so moved it a few mm forward.
