Toothbrush stand to hold two OralB toothbrushes. The top plate presses into the base and the base has a void for water to drain into allowing the toothbrush to properly dry without mildew building up. 

There are feet that are optional to add, my kids get water all over the counter so these keep water from sitting between the stand and the countertop. The feet simply snap into existing holes in the bottom of the stand.
