This is a replacement Grille for the Optiplex 7050MT and similar MT models. You will have to remove the original grille from the faceplate, keeping the outer rim of it intact. There may be a small plastic piece in the top right corner of the face plate. You will need to grind this down with a Dremel or cut the printed part so that it seats properly when super glued to the faceplate.
