Spacer/sleeve so a 3/16" or 4.5mm cable can fit snug in a 1/4" or 6mm cable strap that all the local hardware stores carry. 0.5mm slit in the side allows slipping onto the cable at any point, so print in TPU so it can flex around the cable. Might still work in PLA if you don't have plugs on the end of the cable and can slide them on, but I haven't tried it.

If your bed adhesion is good enough, print with a skit only, no brim. a Brim will have to be cut away with very fine razor skills as TPU is very good at sticking to itself.
