I just improved the design a little. Instead of printing then filing the model. I redesigned it so it fits without modification. Added reliefs to the holed to clear the parts of the dizzy that stick out on the bottom of the holes. As long as your printer has similar tolerances it should just slide right onto the distributor after removing the weights. Also rounded corners that hit the stock spring hooks.

I used supports for the holes but was not 100% necessary. It's a small overhang but I used tree supports so the came out just fine.
