Summary
This is a replacement for the Beko Dishwasher Grid. Usually, when the connections go weak, its possible simply to warm them a bit with a match and fix it, but once they break there's no turning back. The OpenScad file has a line which should be changed if you plan on printing in PC: Printing in PA with the scad file, will make the shelf turn a little high but after one wash it will get back to place. Printing in PC after changing the line, will make the part more or less in line with the other grids. What you do need to take into account is that this is a technical print. You need to print high temperature with a high temp material and a high temp capable printer, since this will go inside a dishwasher. Don't even try printing in PLA/ABS. In additon, you will need to go down in temperature when reaching height 7.1mm. I went down as much as 250 celsius, but this means also printing slower. In PrusaSlicer this means adding custom G-code at height 7.1mm, M104 S250 and adding height range 7.1-16.85, then changing speed in this range to seriously go down like to 3mm/s to make it work when printing that cold. The issue is that the connectors are gentle. And since they are that gentle, you will need the cooling fan at full power even for PA (Yeah, I know this is sacrilege). Now, once you printed the connectors with the fan on, you need to anneal them (use a match and go over them) since they will be brittle without it.. But once all that's done, you'll get a fully functional replacement grid for the dishwasher.
