The initial screw holes crumbled so I decided to make this, magnetic bathroom vent adapters, you just need x6 6mm by 3mm magnets, push them down the 3 holes on each piece and glue them. It worked for me, may not work for you. I'm posting this here moreso for my reference if I lose these files
