Summary

In case yours has broken like mine has.
I printed mine out of PolyCarbonate as it was the closest I had on-hand to the original part. PC-CF, PC-GF, PA-CF or PA-GF would likely be your best bets for printing a true FFF(Form,Fit,Function) of the original part, as it appears to be made of a moderately high Glass-Fiber % Nylon. Likely PA-66/GF-40 or even PA-66/GF-50. However, just PolyCarbonate seems to be working okay for me.

Print it with the squared portion (closest to the edge of the rounded mid-shaft) flat on the bed. Support the rounded side.
I have NOT tested this with any filament other than Clear Elegoo PC Filament.
This Pin/Post will work for both Driver & Passenger side, just Mirror the part along the Y axis.

TO REMOVE/INSTALL THIS PART:

• Remove both side A-Pillar panels on interior
• • Use trim pulling wedge or large flat-head screwdriver to pop the 2x clips supporting each panel.
• Remove 4x T40s to remove the metallic roof supports (on outer edges of panel, near driver/passenger door.
• Remove 2x T30s towards middle of panel.
• CAREFULLY--using pry tool and working from Drivers side to Passenger side, remove overhead/sun visor trim piece by using a pry tool to remove 3x clips.

-------NOTE: The overhead trim metal clips may pop out & fly. You should have 4 TOTAL for the overhead panel.------

• Disconnect cabin light electrical connector
• Fully remove overhead trim piece--just a firm pull of the panel should remove the trim completely.
• On the overhead trim piece, Remove the 2x metal springs that are each securing the sun visor post to the overhead trim assembly.
• The post should remove with the metal leaf spring assembly. Use pliers to align, then remove the post.
• Use pliers to align, then install the post to the metal leaf spring assembly.
  Reverse removal instructions to reinstall. Please be sure to find and attach all 4x metal clips.
