I made this dummy battery to test a Casio Exilim EX-Z77.
The terminals are created by wrapping copper wire around the posts—3 rounds worked well for me.
I'm not sure how critical the T terminal is. The first version didn't include the middle terminal (T). To test with a 10K resistor, I drilled two holes and added wiring manually. The second design includes a proper slot for the T terminal and adds labeling text for clarity.
My camera turns on, so the dummy battery works and the connections are good. However, the camera doesn't boot up completely, which seems to be a deeper electronics issue inside the camera rather than a problem with the dummy battery.
