Print in this orientation for best strength with 4-5 walls @ 30% + infill. Hinge pin orientation when installed is to your preference but I choose to have bolts inserted from bottom. Depending on your printer calibration you may need to sand pins slightly or reduce scale to ~99% and/or lubricate pins for smoothest operation. Do not force pins into hinge.
