There are two versions available:
-2x keyhole-style mounting faces. Fits screws up to 4.6mm thread width screw, 8.75mm head diameter, 3.4mm head height (That's about a #8 in US screw sizes). The space between mounting holes is 68mm on-center.
OR
-Solid mounting faces if you prefer double-sided hanging tape. You'll probably have to cut to size, I didn't design this with common tape dimensions in mind. Mounting surfaces are 12mm wide by 23mm tall.

Prints as-is, face-down, with no supports. You can use the bed texture or bottom fill patterns to make the shelf surface more interesting. I like a textured plate with concentric bottom fill. :)
Or, you can print it with mounting surfaces facing the bed. It shouldn't need supports, but there is one overhang on the shelf's underside that may lose quality.
