The K10 has a poor printi quality due to the excessive play on the axis plastic sliders.
Alot of the movement is caused due to the top feeding design, that restricts you small filament portions at a time. Changing the feeding direction to the side helps and allows the use of a full 1kg spool, assisted by any spool holder. The tube adaptor goes on the back of the Y axis part. You will need 0.5m of a regular 1.75ID PTFE tube.
The axis stabilizers remove the wiggle from the plastic sliders, that tend to tilt whenever the belt changes direction.
I have printed these parts intentionally in PLA, since PLA tends to creep within time. I should help it to eventually slide better and create any needed slack for better operation.'
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!!!
To achieve maximum stability, you will need to shim some components on the printer.
A spacer has to be added in between the Y axis and the printer body to prevent the printer base from flexing, changing the Z axis position.
0,2 to 0,5 shims have to be added in between the components of the Z axis assembly to make it more stiff.
Feel free to comment, remix and edit the originals. Please let me know of any improvements you make to this!
