A really satisfying bolt action pen I modeled. It's not as strong as I'd like, but it makes sense for it's complexity. This is one of the first prints I modeled in Onshape, and it's probably my most favorite one. Make sure to use the orientation shown and tree supports ( normal supports might work but i haven't tried them yet )

UPDATE: made a reinforced version of the pen body with a longer grip.

UPDATE AGAIN: made an even stronger version of the pen body and cap, and also modeled an extra reinforcement that should be printed laying down for extra strength.

UPDATE AGAIN AGAIN: made a better pen body that holds the bolt in place better.

Hardware: All you need is the ink chamber and spring from another pen.

Assembly: Should be kind of straightforward, but I've also added assembly images in order in the gallery. The cap is kind of hard to screw on the first time, so make sure that you don't force it too much or else the body might break. When screwing on the cap, make sure to insert it into the body with the clip directly over the visible part of the bolt.
