Since the Tile Mate has a non-replaceable battery.  This allows you to cut open your Tile Mate, replace the battery and enclose it in a new case. 

Printed with a .4mm nozzle at .2 layer height works just fine.  Print the two sides, place the electronics inside and glue shut.
