You can use whatever filament you desire however regular PLA will work fine.  It is a tight fit so your stabilizers will probably require some slight sanding to fit.  You can also use the included printable sanding guide to make sure you get the correct angle on your stabilizers where they touch together.  50% infill should be plenty.
